- Die vorliegende Arbeit untersucht den Nutzen der Atem-Gating Technik bei der Stereotaktischen Bestrahlung von Lungentumoren hinsichtlich der Dosisreduktion von gesundem Gewebe und Risikoorganen in der Nähe des Tumors und versucht Faktoren zu identifizieren, die diesen Nutzen verstärken.

- The present work examines the benefit of respiratory gating in stereotactic radiation of lung tumors with regard to the dose reduction of healthy tissue and organs at risk in the vicinity of the tumor and tries to identify factors that increase this benefit.
