Hierzu wurden bisher keine Angaben in den aktuellen AWMF-Leitlinien gemacht. Die Dosis war signifikant niedriger im Vergleich zu Patienten mit konnataler Hypothyreose. Insgesamt wurden über mehr als ein Jahr 115 Patienten in der Ambulanz untersucht und die Daten retro- und prospektiv ausgewertet.     «

This study gives an evidence-based levothyroxine dose recommendation for the treatment of autoimmune thyroiditis induced hypothyroidism in children and adolescents. So far, there did not exist any dosage recommendations in the current national pediatric guidelines. In comparison to patients with congenital hypothyroidism the required levothyroxine dose was significantly lower. Over more than one year 115 patients were examined in the outpatient clinic and the data was analyzed retro- and prospectively.     «
