Die Therapie der akuten AC-Gelenksluxation ist nach wie vor umstritten. Ziel der durchgeführten Untersuchung war die Evaluation des klinischen und radiologischen Ergebnisses nach anatomischer Rekonstruktion des coracoklavikularen und acromioklavikularen Bandapparates mittels resorbierbarer PDS-Cerclage. Hierfür wurden 30 Patienten durchschnittlich 21 (6 – 36) Monate postoperativ nachuntersucht. Im kurz- bis mittelfristigen Follow-up zeigten sich sehr gute funktionelle Ergebnisse. Die radiologischen Ergebnisse ergaben ein signifikantes Wiederansteigen der Klavikula um 3 mm. Ein signifikanter Einfluss auf das funktionelle Ergebnis konnte jedoch weder für den Korrekturverlust noch die Verkalkungen der Bänder oder die radiologischen Arthrosezeichen nachgewiesen werden.     «

The treatment of acute acromioclavicular joint dislocation is still controversially discussed. The aim of this retrospective study was to investigate the clinical and radiological outcome after anatomic reconstruction of the acromioclavicular and coracoclavcicular ligaments using resorbable PDS-cerclages. Therefore 30 patients were examined after an average duration of 21 (6 – 36) months postoperatively. Short- to mid-term outcome provides good to excellent clinical results in the majority of cases. However, radiographically, the coracoclavicular distance increased significantly (3 mm) at final follow-up. But neither the amount of re-dislocation nor calcifications of the ligaments or osteoarthritis of the AC joint had a significant influence on the clinical outcome.     «
