In der hier vorliegenden retrospektiven klinischen Studie wurden 56 Patienten, 28 Frauen und 28 Männer im Alter von 31.3 ± 10.0 Jahren (15-57 J.), nach autologer Knorpel-Knochen-Transplantation am Talus nach einer durchschnittlichen Follow-Up Zeit von 2.4 Jahren klinisch (VAS, Tegner, AOFAS, Lysholm) und radiologisch (Röntgen und MRT) untersucht. Sämtliche erhobene subjektive und objektive Scores verbesserten sich im Gesamtdurchschnitt von präoperativ zu postoperativ signifikant. (VAS 7.7 zu 2.6, Tegner 3.1 zu 4.9, AOFAS auf 88.0, Lysholm auf 94.7). 89% der Patienten waren mit dem Operationsergebnis sehr zufrieden oder zufrieden. Die Ergebnisse dieser Untersuchung bestätigen den Stellenwert dieser relativ invasiven Operationsmethode bei der Therapie osteochondraler Läsionen am Sprunggelenk.      «

In the here presented study 56 patients, 28 women and 28 men in the average age of 31.3 ± 10.0 years (15-57 y.), were examined clinically (VAS, Tegner, AOFAS, Lysholm) and radiologically (X-Ray and MRI) after having had autologous cartilage-bone transplantation of the talus after a mean follow-up time of 2.4 years. All the collected subjective and objective data improved in average from preoperative to postoperative significantly. (VAS 7,7 to 2,6, Tegner 3,1 to 4,9, AOFAS to 88, Lysholm to 94,7). 89% of the patients were very satisfied or satisfied with the operation results. The outcome of this research approves the local value of this relatively invasive operation method for the therapie of ostochondral lesions of the ankle joint.     «
