Ziel der Studie war es, Aufschluss über den Einsatz und die Art der Anwendung von Muskelrelaxanzien in deutschen Anästhesieeinrichtungen zu geben. 2996 Fragebögen wurden an die Leiter deutscher Anästhesieabteilungen und freie Anästhesiepraxen versandt. Es wurde nach den Häufigkeiten der verwendeten Muskelrelaxanzien, deren Anwendungsweise und nach den Anforderungsprofilen an ein Muskelrelaxanz der Anwender für die elektive und nicht elektive Narkoseeinleitung, die Nachrelaxierung und das Neuromuskuläre Monitoring gefragt. Der auswertbare Rücklauf betrug 2054 Fragebögen (68,6%).     «

The aim of this study was to give an overview on the use and the method of application of muscle relaxants. 2996 questionnaires were sent out to the heads of German anaesthesia departments and private anasthesia pratices. The questions covered the frequency muscle relaxants are used, how they are used and the specific properties a muscle relaxant should have for elective and nonelective anaesthesia and the desire for different neuromuscular monitoring conditions. Of the 2996 questionaires 2054 could be analysed (68,6%).     «
