The objective of this study was to evaluate the hemodynamic performance of two types of biological aortic valve prostheses, the AvalusTM (Medtronic, Minneapolis, MN, USA) and the Perimount Magna EaseTM (Edwards Lifesciences, Irvine, CA, USA), up to 5 years postoperatively through serial echocardiographic examinations.
