- Abstract:
- Die chronisch patellofemorale Instabilität entsteht aufgrund multifaktorieller Ursachen. Das Ziel dieser Studie war, auf die Zusammenhänge der an dem patellofemoralen Gelenk beteiligten knöchernen Faktoren einzugehen, wofür 151 Beine von Patienten mit patellofemoralen Beschwerden untersucht wurden. Die Ergebnisse waren, dass erhöhte Femur-Antetorsion und Trochleadysplasie zusammenhängen und dass Femur-Antetorsion mit externer Tibiatorsion, TT-TG-Abstand und Valgusstellung korreliert.

- Chronic patellofemoral instability occurs due to multifactorial causes. The aim of this study was to investigate the interrelationships of the bony factors involved in the patellofemoral joint, for which 151 legs of patients with patellofemoral symptoms were examined. The results were that increased femoral antetorsion and trochlear dysplasia are related and that femoral antetorsion correlates with external tibial torsion, TT-TG distance, and valgus position.
