- Kurzfassung:
- Eine Überexpression des Hitzeschockproteins 70 (Hsp70) konnte bereits bei unterschiedlichen Tumoren festgestellt werden. Diese Arbeit untersucht die exosomale Hsp70-Konzentration im Plasma von nicht metastasierten Mammakarzinompatientinnen mit Hilfe des compHsp70 ELISAs im Therapieverlauf. Die kontinuierliche Messung der Hsp70-Konzentration könnte einen Beitrag zur Beurteilung des Therapieansprechens sowie der Rezidivwahrscheinlichkeit von Mammakarzinomen mit Hsp70-positivem Phänotyp leisten.

- Overexpression of heat shock protein 70 (Hsp70) has already been detected in different tumours. This work investigates the exosomal Hsp70 concentration in the plasma of non-metastatic breast carcinoma patients using the compHsp70 ELISA during the course of therapy. Continuous measurement of the Hsp70 concentration could contribute to the assessment of treatment response as well as recurrence probability of breast carcinomas with Hsp70-positive phenotype.
