- Ziel der Arbeit war es, die Verteilung gesunder Lymphknoten (Ln) der Mamma in den Ln-Regionen mit einem „3D-Atlas der gesunden Lymphknoten“ darzustellen und die Lokalisationen a) mit den CTV Konturierungsrichtlinien der ESTRO/RTOG und b) mit der kranker Ln zu vergleichen. Es ergeben sich Regionen mit vielen und wenigen Ln. Die CTV erfassen unterschiedlich viele Ln, was eine Risikoeinschätzung des Lymphödems ermöglichen kann. Zudem sind Areale mit hohem Risiko kranker Ln besser abzugrenzen.
