- Abstract:
- Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is a complex disease along with a highly immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment (TME) unique in its composition. Here, we describe the TME landscape of a comprehensive, genetically well-defined tumor cohort derived from PDAC mouse models, which represent multiple molecular subtypes. We used a multimodal approach by integrating single-cell RNA-sequencing (scRNA-seq) with histopathological, spatial transcriptomics and secretome analysis.

- Das duktale Pankreaskazinom (PDAC) ist eine komplexe Erkrankung, dass sich durch ein einzigartiges Tumormikromilieu auszeichnet. In dieser Arbeit wurde eine multimodale Analyse des Tumormikromilieus in einer großen, genetisch charakterisierten Kohorte von PDAC Maus-Modellen durchgeführt, indem scRNA-seq mit einer histopathologischen Analyse, Spatial Transcriptomics und Secretomics integriert wurden.
