Ziel dieser Arbeit ist die Auswertung der Daten von 202 Patienten, die in der Neurochirurgischen Klinik des Klinikum Rechts der Isar aufgrund einer Spondylodiszitis operativ versorgt wurden. Nach retrospektiver Analyse der Fälle erfolgte die Evaluation des postoperativen Outcomes mithilfe eines standardisierten Fragebogens, um die Patienten zum postoperativen Verlauf und aktuellen Gesundheitszustand zu befragen. Die in dieser Arbeit vorgestellten Ergebnisse lassen den Schluss zu, dass die rechtzeitige operative Versorgung einer Spondylodiszitis zu einem nachhaltig zufriedenstellenden Ergebnis für Patienten und Therapeuten führt.     «

The aim of this work is to evaluate the data of 202 patients who were treated surgically in the neurosurgery clinic of the Rechts der Isar Clinic due to spondylodiscitis. After a retrospective analysis of the cases, the postoperative outcome was evaluated using a standardized questionnaire to ask the patients about the postoperative course and current state of health. The results presented in this work allow the conclusion that the timely surgical treatment of a spondylodiscitis leads to a long-term satisfactory result for patients and therapists.     «
