Blick aus der gläsernen Magistrale des Gebäudes der Fakultäten für Mathematik und Informatik, auf den Vorplatz des Haupteingangs. Der Neubau entstand zwischen 2000 bis 2002 und wurde von den Architekten Bachmann, Marx, Brechensbauer und Partner realisiert.
Auf dem Vorplatz links ist der Interim Audimax mit einer Fassade aus dunkel lasiertem Fichtenholz nach Entwürfen der Architekten Deubzer, König und Rimmel zu sehen, im Hintergrund rechts liegt das Kongresszentrum GALILEO.
ENGLISH VERSION: View from the glass thoroughfare of department of mathematics and informatics on forecourt of the main entrance. The new building was constructed from 2000 to 2003 and materialized by architects Bachmann, Marx, Brechensbaueer and partners.
On the forecourt to the left is seen interim audimax with a facade of dark
stained spruce wood to a design by Deubzer, König and Rimmerl architects,
and in the background to the right the GALILEO congress centre is located.
