The entire plasmodia were observed for 24-48h with a Zeiss Axio Zoom V.16 microscope and a 1x/0.25 objective, connected to a Hamamatsu ORCA-Flash 4.0 camera. The organisms were imaged with a frame rate of 0.1 fpm. Simulation data was created in Matlab R2020a.

The data provided includes the microscopy data and the provided code allows the reproduction of the basic analysis described in the publication.
