Data used to produce the figures of the publication "Luminescence thermometry based on photon emitters in nanophotonic silicon waveguides".
Method of data assessment:
The experimental setup for data acquisition is described in detail in the referenced publication. Spectroscopic data of erbium dopants in nanophotonic silicon waveguides gathered using resonant fluorscence techniques for temperatures between 1 K and 300 K. Data was used to derive and assess thermometric probes for direct optical temperature sensing in nanophotonic silicon. The processed datasets are stored in the HDF5 file format.
