Data used to produce the figures of the publication "Characterization of the spin and crystal field Hamiltonian of erbium dopants in silicon" 2024 (corrected version)
Method of data assessment:
Spectroscopic data of erbium in silicon gathered using resonant fluorscence techniques. Data was used to determine the Zeeman interaction of the erbium sites in silicon. The processed datasets are stored in the HDF5 file format.
