Description:
The dataset contains the code necessary for the simulations in this work, and associated files. It contains, specifically, the package wrapping our C++ code with the core functionality of the simulated object. Python script examples of how to build the simulation. The actual scripts and lattices used for the publication in question. Therein we also have a README file detailing how to install this package and all requirements, along with additional documentation.
Method of data assessment:
The code was written both in MacOSX and Ubuntu, using general purpose IDEs such as Visual Studio Code and Neovim. The simulation executables were compiled in Ubuntu using gcc and swig, as well as other required libraries, such as GSL and NLopt. Simulations ran in Ubuntu with the processor 11th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-11800H @ 2.30GHz × 16 and with 16 GB of RAM.
