- Mit dieser Arbeit sollte der prognostische Einfluss der Tumormarker CD44 und Nanog bei Plattenepithelkarzinomen im Kopf-Hals-Bereich anhand von 180 Tumoroperationspräparaten mit 88 Lymphknotenmetastasen untersucht werden. Eine hohe Expression von CD44 bedeutete ein reduziertes krankheitsbedingtes Überleben und eine höhere Rezidivrate. - The aim of this study was to investigate the prognostic influence of the tumormarkers CD44 and Nanog in squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck by means of 180 tumor surgical preparation with 88 lymph node metastases.
