Motivated by the recent advances of information technology and big data tools, this thesis investigates how the robustness and accuracy of demand fulfilment as well as service levels can be increased in industrial settings by systematically exploiting newly available data and setting the right framework conditions in customer contract portfolio management. A data driven supply chain planning framework is presented. Parts of this framework are detailed through the development of three methods that increase demand fulfilment performance. Possible directions for future research are outlined.     «

Vor dem Hintergrund großer Fortschritte in der Verarbeitung großer Datenmengen (Big Data) werden Verfahren entwickelt, die durch systematische Nutzung von Daten und das richtige Setzen von Rahmenbedingungen im Kundenvertragsportfolio-Management die Robustheit und Genauigkeit von Auftragszusagen im Demand Fulfilment, sowie das Kundenservicelevel in industriellen Umfeldern erhöhen. Ein datenbasiertes Supply Chain Planungsframework wird präsentiert. Für Teile des Frameworks werden drei Methoden entwickelt, die die Leistungsfähigkeit des Demand Fulfilment erhöhen.
