- Die Diagnose einer Anstrengungs-getriggerten Weizenanaphylaxie (AW) kann häufig nicht gesichert werden. Bei 16 Patienten mit AW wurde ein neues Provokationsschema mit Gluten plus Kofaktoren etabliert. Bei allen Patienten konnte die Diagnose nachgewiesen werden. Reaktionen waren mit hohen Plasmagliadinwerten assoziiert. Kofaktoren führten zu erhöhter gastrointestinaler Permeabilität. Die Reaktionsschwelle war nicht mit allergologischen Parametern korreliert. - In wheat-dependent exercise-induced anaphylaxis (WDEIA) diagnosis is often difficult. In 16 patients with WDEIA a new challenge protocol with gluten plus cofactors was established. In all patients, the diagnosis could be detected. Reactions were associated with high plasma gliadin levels. Cofactors led to increased gastrointestinal permeability.
