In this project, cALL-specific alloreactive CTL were generated. Peptide sequences of the genes STK32B and LILRA2, which are overexpressed in cALL tumor cells, were selected as target epitopes and were used for the priming of naive T-cells in an in vitro priming assay. The reactivity and specific zytotoxicity of the cALL-specific T-cells were tested in Interferon γ and Granzyme B ELISpots. It was accomplished to generate alloreactive cALL-specific CTL with specific reactions to so far unknown cALL-antigens.
