The data was generated through a framework-based design research approach combining literature review, multi-criteria matrices, and comparative case study analysis. Core tools include the ARP–RARS–RUT framework, informed by existing assessment systems such as DGNB and European Commission Level(s). Data was processed through qualitative evaluation of nince case study projects, scoring (1–5).

Appendix for a peer reviewed article in the journal Dimensions 13. Structured evaluation dataset operationalizing the ARP–RARS–RUT framework for regenerative adaptive reuse. It includes (A) diagnostic criteria for Adaptive Reuse Potential (ARP 1.0), (B) multi-scalar criteria for Regenerative Urban Transformation (RUT 1.0), and (C) a comparative matrix of nine adaptive-reuse case studies scored across social, ecological, economic, spatial, architectural, and governance dimensions.
