The study initially introduces a framework to map the SDGs onto vehicle-based service concepts. Based on these findings, the demand for antenatal care in Ethiopia is assessed, and optimal vehicle service stops are allocated. To further estimate the required investment for a mobile health fleet, suitable vehicle designs are automatically generated, and the optimal fleet size for cost-effectiveness analysis is determined. The results of the case study indicate that mobile health clinics are competitive with stationary facilities.
