Abstract:
An antenna-coupled nanothermocouple (ACNTC) is an integrated structure consisting of a dipole nanoantenna and a nanothermocouple (NTC). ACNTCs are excellently suited as polarization-sensitive detectors and mixers for the long-wavelength far-infrared range around 30 THz.
