Abstract:
Integrated nanoantennas for sensorics and communications on the basis of CMOS circuits, MIM tunnel diodes, and carbon based nanoelectronics as well as methods for modeling of wireless interchip links are discussed. Experimental validation of the modeling methods is presented.
