Abstract:
Summary form only given. The authors discuss the application of the three-dimensional transmission-line matrix (3D-TLM) method to coupled coplanar waveguide (CCPW)-circuit structures. The 3-D-TLM algorithm with the symmetrical condensed TLM node is used. The circuits are investigated in the time domain by calculating the response for single-pulse excitation. From these results, the frequency characteristics are calculated by fast Fourier transform using zero-padding. The circuit structures are e...     »
