Zur seltenen Gruppe der Mukolipidosen gehören die Sialidose, Mukolipidose II, III und IV. In der vorliegenden retrospektiven Studie wurden die Krankheitsverläufe von dreizehn Mukolipidose II-Patienten mittels Fragebogen hinsichtlich Schwangerschaft, Geburtsverlauf, physischer und psychomotorischer Entwicklung, Erstmanifestation der Symptome, Behandlung und ärztlicher Betreuung erfasst: Dysostosis multiplex, Gelenksteifigkeit und Gesichtsdysmorphie können als Leitsymptome angesehen werden. Die physische und psychomotorische Retardierung ist, ebenso wie die Organbeteiligung variabel, im Allgemeinen aber schwer. Empfehlungen zur Diagnostik und Betreuung werden gegeben.     «

To the rare group of mucolipidosis belong sialidosis, mucolipidosis II, III and IV, In this retrospective study was covered the clinical course of 13 mucolipidosis II-patients with the help of questionnaire regarding pregnancy, birth, physical and psychomotoric development, onset, treatment and medical care. Dysostosis multiplex, joint stiffness and facial dysmorphia are guiding symptoms. Physical and psychomotor retardation are variable, in general serious, also organic involvement.
