Die vorliegende Arbeit befasst sich mit der Zusammenarbeit eines Krankenhauses der medizinischen Schwerpunktversorgung in München mit zwei großen kardiologischen Praxen. Um diese Zusammenarbeit näher zu beleuchten, wurden 368 Patienten, die 2003 mit der Diagnose eines akuten Koronarsyndroms im Herzkatheterlabor koronarangiographiert wurden und anschließend im Krankenhaus stationär weiter betreut wurden, in die Studie aufgenommen. Die vorgestellten Daten belegen die Effektivität des Kooperationsmodells, was durch die geringen Vorlaufzeiten im Akutfall, die niedrigen Komplikationsraten, sowie die kurzen stationären Liegezeiten zum Ausdruck kommt. Durch die hier beschriebene Zusammenarbeit wird sowohl eine adäquate Primärversorgung, als auch im weiteren stationären Verlauf durch die Umsetzung einer leitliniengerechten Therapie, die bestmögliche Behandlung des akuten Koronarsyndroms gewährleistet.      «

The aim of this thesis was to evaluate the efficiency of the cooperation model between two cardiology group practices and the teaching hospital of the University of Munich "Klinikum Dritter Orden". 368 patients diagnosed with an acute coronary syndrome in 2003 were enrolled in the study. They underwent coronary angiography performed by the consulting cardiologists in the hospital and were consequently admitted as in-patients to the medical department of the hospital. The results of this study show the efficiency of this cooperation proven by a short door-to-needle time in case of emergency examination, the low rate of complications, and a short in-hospital stay of the patients. In summary an excellent primary care of patients with acute coronary syndrome and an in-hospital therapy according to current guidelines was achieved by the described cooperation between the cardiologists and the hospital.      «
