- Im Rahmen einer klinischen Untersuchung wurde gezeigt, wie die transpulmonale Thermodilution durch Verwendung von raumtemperierten Injektat zu vereinfachen ist und welche Anpassungen dazu nötig sind. Außerdem wurde der Einfluss der Druckleitungsverlängerung auf die Genauigkeit der transpulmonalen HZV-Messung untersucht. Als Vergleichsparameter diente die Pulskonturanalyse.

- Within the scope of a clinical investigation it was shown how the transpulmonary thermodilution is to be simplified by use of room-tempered injectate and which adaptations are necessary in addition. In addition, the influence of the extension of the pressure line on the exactness of the transpulmonary cardiac output measurement was examined. As a comparative parameter served the pulse contour analysis.
