- 60 Patienten wurden hinsichtlich des Postoperativen Shivering nach Remifentanilgabe kombiniert mit Luft bzw. Lachgas als Inhalationsgas untersucht. Hierbei zeigte sich, daß Patienten, die Lachgas als Inhalationsgas erhielten zu 60% shiverten im Gegensatz zur Luftgruppe, die nur zu 15% shiverten. Hinsichtlich der Hämodynamik ergab sich kein signifikanter Unterschied.

- 60 patients under anesthesia with remifentanil and air or N2O were postoperative observed if they were shivering or not. The study shows that 60% of patients with N2O-remifentanil-anesthesia were shivering, patients with air-remifentanil-anesthesia only 15%. There was no significant difference between haemodynamic parameters.
