In dieser Arbeit wurde das klinische sowie MR-tomographische Langzeitergebnis nach Eingriffen am Streckapparat bei rezidivierender lateraler Patellaluxation untersucht. Das Patientenkollektiv, welches je nach führender operativer Therapie in eine Weichteil- und eine „knöcherne Eingriffe“ Gruppe eingeteilt wurde, bestand insgesamt aus 31 Patienten mit einem mittleren postoperativen Intervall von 86 Monaten. Es wurde eine hohe Reluxationsrate und Hinweise für höhergradige Knorpelschädigung bei Trochleadysplasie Typ B Und C gefunden. Der Lysholm Score ergab in der Weichteilgruppe in 83,4 % ein „hervorragendes“ bis „gutes“ Ergebnis. In der Knochengruppe wurde bei 31,6 % ein „schlechtes“ Ergebnis erzielt. Aufgrund erhöhter Langzeitkomplikationen ist es empfehlenswert, dass die Indikation für diese Operationsverfahren sehr eng gefasst wird.     «

In this study the clinical and radiological long-term outcome after surgery on the extensor mechanism for recurrent lateral patellar dislocation was investigated. The patient population was classified according to the leading surgical treatment and divided into 2 groups (soft tissue- and "bone surgery" group). It consisted of a total of 31 patients with a mean postoperative period of 86 months. We have found a high rate of redislocation and signs for higher grade cartilage damage in dysplastic trochlea type B and C. The soft-tissue group had "excellent" or "good" clinical results in 83.4% whereas the bone group had 31.6% "bad" results clinically. Due to long-term complications, it is recommended that the indication for these surgical procedures is very restrictive.     «
