The increasing digitalization and autonomization of logistics are leading to a fundamental change for employees and their tasks. Qualification strategies must be developed for this, which include competency requirements. The work presents a method for competency management. Based on a task-oriented description of the logistics processes and a competency model for the operative and dispositive jobs, the determination of competency requirements as well as the derivation of qualification needs is realized.
