- Kurzfassung:
- Ziel der Arbeit war die Untersuchung der CD25-Expression als prognostischer Marker auf T-Lymphozyten des peripheren Blutes von Patient*innen mit Plattenepithelkarzinomen der Mundhöhle und des Hypopharynx, die eine primäre Radiochemotherapie erhalten hatten. Es wurde das Blut von Patient*innen, bei denen nach Therapieabschluss ein Rezidiv auftrat mit solchen verglichen, bei denen die Nachsorge unauffällig war. Der Nachweis erfolgte mittels Fluorescence activated cell sorting (FACS) und ELISA.

- The aim of this work was to investigate CD25 expression as a prognostic marker on peripheral blood T lymphocytes from patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the oral cavity and hypopharynx who had received primary radiochemotherapy. Blood from patients who had recurrence after completion of therapy was compared with those who had unremarkable follow-up. Marker detection was performed by fluorescence activated cell sorting (FACS) and ELISA.
