Mit dieser Arbeit soll das zeitliche Auftreten von chronischen Nebenwirkungen, die aktuarische Grad II/III-Spättoxizität, angelehnt an den RTOG/EORTC-Score im Bereich des intestinalen und urologischen Organsystems nach definitiver, konformaler, dreidimensional geplanter Bestrahlung von Patienten mit lokal begrenztem Prostatakarzinom, herausgearbeitet werden. Mittels entsprechend evaluierter Toxizitätsscores und an Hand der applizierten Gesamtdosis soll eine differenzierte Einteilung hinsichtlich des zeitlichen Ereignisses der jeweiligen intestinalen/rektalen und urologischen Nebenwirkungen nach Art, Häufigkeit, Dauer und Schweregrad durchgeführt werden.     «

This thesis should work out the chronological appearance of chronic side effects, the actuarial late toxicity grade II/III, based on the RTOG/EORTC score of the intestinal and urinary organ system after three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy of patients with localized prostate cancer. Using suitable evaluated toxicity scores and according to the applied cumulative dose, a differentiated classification regarding the temporal occurrence of the particular intestinal/rectal and urinary side effects should accomplished depending on type, frequency, duration and grade of toxicity.     «
