Abstract:
Hydrogenotrophic denitrifying bacteria, enriched in hydrogen-treated microcosms filled with nitrate polluted aquifer material, were determined through 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing. Only a small community was observed, thus prevailing taxa could be isolated and characterised.
