- Abstract:
- This dissertation investigates creativity and innovation in the empirical context of teams focusing on mixed-level research. It advances our knowledge on three interpersonal processes which can foster or hinder the generation and implementation of ideas in teams: team climate for innovation, creative leadership modes, and time pressure as a constraint to creativity. Thereby, it strengthens our understanding of complex interpersonal processes that play a role in organizational innovation.

- Diese Dissertation untersucht Kreativität und Innovation im empirischen Kontext von Teams mit einem Fokus auf Mixed-Level-Forschung. Sie erweitert unser Wissen zu drei interpersonelle Prozesse, die die Generierung & Umsetzung von Ideen in Teams fördern oder hindern: Teamklima für Innovation, kreative Führungsmodi und Zeitdruck als Hemmnis für die Kreativität. Dadurch stärkt sie unser Verständnis der komplexen zwischenmenschlichen Prozesse, die bei organisationaler Innovation eine Rolle spielen.
