- This dissertation contributes to the study of functional and dysfunctional team processes that occur in the context of adverse situations: team adaptation and collective rumination in teams. Through quantitative and qualitative methods, I investigate input factors of team adaptation and introduce the concept of collective rumination to the team level. In doing so, this work provides a holistic view of how team effectiveness is influenced in today's work environment.

- Die vorliegende Dissertation trägt zur Erforschung funktionaler und dysfunktionaler Teamprozesse bei, die im Kontext schwieriger Situationen auftreten: Teamanpassung und kollektive Rumination in Teams. Durch quantitative und qualitative Methoden werden Input-Faktoren der Teamanpassung untersucht und das Konzept der kollektiven Rumination auf Teamebene eingeführt. Damit vermittelt diese Arbeit ein ganzheitliches Bild davon, wie Teameffektivität in der heutigen Arbeitswelt beeinflusst wird.
