- Abstract:
- In dieser Arbeit habe ich die Therapieeffektivität und -toxizität der stereotaktischen Bestrahlung bei Wirbelsäulenmetastasen retrospektiv untersucht. Dabei liegt ein besonderes Augenmerk auf der lokalen Tumorkontrolle, dem Gesamtüberleben und einer geringen Nebenwirkungsrate während und nach der SBRT von Wirbelsäulenmetastasen. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass die SBRT eine effektive und sichere Behandlungsmethode ist.
- Translated abstract:
- In this thesis, I retrospectively investigated the treatment efficacy and toxicity of stereotactic radiotherapy for spinal metastases. Special attention is paid to local tumor control, overall survival and a low rate of side effects during and after SBRT of spinal metastases. The results show that SBRT is an effective and safe treatment method.
