- Die vorliegende Dissertationsschrift gliedert sich in 2 Teilprojekten. Der erste Teilprojekt fokussierte sich auf die Entwicklung neuartiger MRT- und CT-basierter Biomarker - insbesondere mithilfe der Methode der Texturanalyse - in der Osteoporosediagnostik. In zweitem Teilprojekt wurden mögliche Zusammenhänge im Bereich der zervikalen und lumbalen paraspinalen Muskulatur mithilfe der Texturanalyse untersucht, um geschlechts- und anatomisch spezifische Strukturmuster zu identifizieren.

- This dissertation is divided into 2 sub-projects. The first sub-project focused on the development of novel MRI and CT-based biomarkers - in particular using the method of texture analysis - in osteoporosis diagnostics. In the second sub-project, possible connections in the cervical and lumbar paraspinal muscles were examined using texture analysis in order to identify gender- and anatomically specific structural patterns.
