- Abstract:
- In dieser Arbeit konnte am Modell des epigastrischen Lappentransplantats der Ratte gezeigt werden, dass die Abhängigkeit vom Transplantatstiel limitiert ist und die Nekrosezone des Transplantates mit zunehmender Zeitdauer abnimmt. Auch der Einfluss von VEGF konnte anhand der Applikation zu unterschiedlichen Zeitpunkten evaluiert werden. Eine Erhöhung der Anzahl der Perforatoren kann die Transplantatüberlebensrate exponentiell erhöhen.
- Translated abstract:
- The present study shows on the rat epigastric flap model that raised flaps are able to be autonomised shortly after transfer. The time of wound healing of the flap within the defect was significantly associated with the area of necrosis. Furthermore the purpose of this study was to evaluate the capacity of perforator vessels with respect to flap size as well as the impact of time point of VEGF administration.
