- Abstract:
- Die vorliegende Arbeit befasst sich mit der Rolle von γ/δ T-Zellen und NKT-like Zellen im Kontext allergischer Atemwegserkrankungen. Es erfolgte die durchflusszytometrische Charakterisierung von NKT-like Zellen, γ/δ T-Zellen, CD27+ und CD27- γ/δ T-Zellen sowie CD25+ T-Zellen aus PBMCs und aus induziertem Sputum innerhalb sowie außerhalb der Gräserpollenflug-Saison. Dies ermöglicht die Exploration immunologischer Unterschiede auf systemischer und lokaler Ebene der allergischen Inflammation.
- Translated abstract:
- In this thesis, we focus on the role of γ/δ T cells and NKT-like cells in the context of allergic respiratory diseases. We performed flow cytometric characterization of NKT-like cells, γ/δ T cells, CD27+ and CD27- γ/δ T cells as well as CD25+ T cells obtained from PBMCs and from induced sputum during and outside the grass pollen season. This allows exploration of immunological differences at systemic and local sites of allergic inflammation.
