In der vorliegenden prospektiven Studie soll über das Outcome von Patienten nach freier, mikrovaskulärer Gewebetransplantation und dentaler Rehabilitation eine Aussage über die Möglichkeiten und die Häufigkeit der Versorgung mittels Dentalimplantaten abgeleitet werden. Anhand eines Patientenkollektivs mit stattgehabter Transplantation werden unter anderem die Komplikationen und Einflussfaktoren analysiert und die Auswirkung auf den Erfolg identifiziert, um in Zukunft eine bessere Abschätzung für die mögliche Implantatversorgung treffen zu können.     «

Due to the lack of data on the outcome of patients after bony microvascular reconstruction of the jaw and dental rehabilitation, the purpose of the present prospective study was to examine which factors lead to dental rehabilitation success. A group of patients who received microvascular bony free flaps in the oral cavity was analysed regarding the complications and influencing factors, among other things, to determine the success rate in order to obtain a better assessment for the outcome of dental rehabilitation in the future.     «
