Translated abstract:
Aim of this work was to investigate the bias of environmental factors to autoreactive IgE in atopic patients. Therefore, the IgE-reactivity against skin and lung proteins of 259 patients were measured via ELISA and evaluated with questionnaires. As statistically relevant was identified an early manifestation of the disease, hen´s egg allergy an the weaning time. The relation of auto-IgE in the pathogeneses remains still unclear. An insufficient tolerance by regulative immune cells could play a role in the induction of auto-IgE.
