In dieser retrospektiven Studie wurden Zusammenhänge zwischen dem dopplersonographischen RI-Wert und histopathologischen Veränderungen nach Nierentransplantation (NTx) untersucht. Im Mittelpunkt standen die Abstoßungsreaktion sowie chronische Transplantatveränderungen, beschrieben mittels IFTA (interstitielle Fibrose und Tubulusatrophie) sowie dem ECAI-Score (engl. für extended chronic allograft injury score). In this retrospective study correlations between the Doppler sonographic RI and histopathological changes after kidney transplantation (NTx) were evaluated. Allograft rejection and chronic allograft injury, describend using the IFTA (interstitial fibrosis and tubular atrophy) or the ECAI score (extended chronic allograft injury score), were in focus. Additionally, changes of sonographic parameters during the first year after NTx were described.
