- Ziel der Arbeit war die Erfassung von Symptomen einer autonomen Dysfunktion (AD) bei Dialysepatienten mittels Fragebogen im Vergleich mit einer gesunden Kontrollgruppe sowie die Korrelation mit objektiven Parametern der AD, der intradialytischen Hypotension (IDH). 83 Patienten; 140 Kontrollen; Die Patienten zeigten signifikante AD-Symptome (p<0,001) ohne absoluten Zusammenhang mit einer IDH. Der Fragebogen erscheint als sinnvolles und praktikables diagnostisches Werkzeug.

- The aim was to record symptoms of autonomic dysfunction (AD) in dialysis patients using a questionnaire & the comparison with a healthy control group as well as the correlation with objective parameters of AD, intradialytic hypotension (IDH). 83 patients; 140 controls; The patients showed significant AD symptoms (p <0.001) without an absolute connection to IDH. The questionnaire appears to be a useful and practical diagnostic tool.
