Erhöhte Hsp70-Serumwerte wurden für verschiedene Tumorentitäten beschrieben. In dieser Arbeit wurde ein neuer ELISA (lipHsp70-ELISA) validiert, der aufgrund des verwendeten Detektionsantikörpers cmHsp70.1 in der Lage ist, freies und membrangebundenes Hsp70 im Serum zu messen. Translated abstract:
Elevated Hsp70-serum levels have been described for different tumor entities. In this study a novel ELISA (lipHsp70-ELISA) has been validated. It can measure both free and membrane bound Hsp70 because of the used detection antibody cmHsp70.1. Hsp70-serum levels of 124 healthy volunteers and 44 patients with colorectal carcinoma were measured using the novel lipHsp70-ELISA and compared with the levels measured by a commercial available Hsp70-ELISA. Besides possible thresholds were calculated.
