- Abstract:
- Es wurde eine Metaanalyse zum Thema Schwangerschaften nach Nierentransplantationen durchgeführt und die Ergebnisse mit denen eines Patientenstammes des Klinikums „Rechts der Isar“ verglichen. Die Arbeit zeigt, dass Schwangerschaften nach Nierentransplantationen zum Großteil (84,0%) in Lebendgeburten resultieren, jedoch mit Komplikationen und Beeinträchtigungen der Transplantatfunktion zu rechnen ist. Vergleichbare Ergebnisse waren bei den Patienten des MRI zu finden.

- A meta-analysis on the subject of pregnancies after kidney transplantation performed and the results compared with those of a patient group from the “Rechts der Isar” clinic. The work shows that pregnancies after kidney transplantation largely (84.0%) result in live births, but that complications and impairment of the transplant function are to be expected. Comparable results were found in the MRI patients.
