- Die retrospektive Kohortenstudie untersuchte 35 Patienten klinisch und radiologisch nach einem mittleren Follow-up von 19,1 Jahren, nach einer Autologen Osteochondralen Transplantation bei Osteochondraler Läsion am Talus nach. Es zeigte sich eine hohe Patientenzufriedenheit bei nur geringen Einschränkungen im Sport- und Berufsalltag und keiner Entnahmemorbidität. - This retrospective cohort study screened 35 patients undergoing autologous osteochondral transplantation (AOT) for osteochondral lesion at the talus. After a mean follow-up of 19.1 years favorable clinical and radiological outcomes were observed. There was high patient satisfaction with only minor limitations in daily sports and occupational activities. A significant correlation between graft integrity and sports activity was found.
