Due to the rich blood supply, the liver and the adrenal gland are often affected by distant metastases. In this study, we focused on local control, progression-free survival, overall survival, and toxicity rates after high-precision radiotherapy. This work aimed to review whether stereotactic radiotherapy is a valid therapy option for patients with liver- and adrenal metastases, who are not suitable for more invasive treatments due to comorbidities and to form a clinically relevant treatment recommendation.
