- Abstract:
- In dieser Arbeit wird die Bedeutung einer rechtzeitigen Behandlung im Hinblick auf das Outcome bei Patienten mit einer aneurysmatischen Subarachnoidalblutung (aSAB) untersucht. Die Analyse von 853 Patienten ergab, dass eine Behandlung nach 24 Stunden mit einer erhöhten Sterblichkeit und einem erhöhten Infarktrisiko bei Patienten mit einer aSAB niedrigeren Schweregrades korrelierte. Ein rasches Eingreifen bei einer aSAB niedrigeren Schweregrades ist somit entscheidend für den Behandlungserfolg.
- Translated abstract:
- This study examines the importance of timely treatment with regard to the outcome of aneurysmal subarachnoid haemorrhage (aSAH). The analysis of 853 patients showed that treatment after 24 hours correlates with increased mortality and increased risk of infarction in patients with a lower severity aSAH. Rapid intervention in the case of an aSAH of lower severity is therefore crucial for the success of treatment.
