- Abstract:
- The introduction of artificial intelligence presents complex challenges for organizations. Not only will AI affect business- and operating models, but organizations may also struggle with the process of integration. This dissertation discusses four key issues around AI introduction: The role of strategic leaders, changes in structures and power dynamics, organizational characteristics enabling integration, and the role of humans and AI in future innovation.

- Die Einführung künstlicher Intelligenz stellt Organisationen vor komplexe Herausforderungen. KI wirkt sich nicht nur auf Geschäftsmodelle und Prozesse aus, sondern sorgt bereits im Integrationsprozess für Unsicherheit. In dieser Dissertation werden vier Themen rund um die Einführung von KI erörtert: Die Rolle strategischer Führungskräfte, Veränderungen in Strukturen und Machtdynamiken, Treiber einer erfolgreichen Integration, und die Rolle von Mensch und KI in zukünftiger Innovation.
